Had to cut the run short this morning due to my civic duty of reporting for jury duty. Since it was a shorter run, decided to run faster than my LA Roadrunner pace time of 8:30. Also, today’s run was supposed to be a “Lactic Threshold” run—sounds disgusting, if you ask me—which meant that it’s supposed to be marathon intensity. I definitely achieved that. I was lactating all over the place. It was crazy.
