COMMENTS:
Accidentally cut my workout short today, though it wasn’t for lack of trying. It was supposed to be a 55-minute aerobic run today, but there’s just so many routes around my neighborhood I can do without it getting too boring.

I felt good, though. Legs and hips held up, as did energy and breathing. It did get boring, around mile 3-4, and I can’t emphasize the importance of having a pace group. It makes distance running so much more feasible.

Also, for an aerobic workout, I think the pace between 9-minute and 9:30-minute mile is perfect.

Yeah, right, Mr. Sprinter. So to qualify for Boston, you need to run a 7:15 pace.
