Distance: 7.06 miles
Time: 63:45
Pace: 9:02 mile

Today was a much better run than yesterday’s. I had to extend the route by 1.5 miles, but I made sure to avoid the steep hills. Also, to avoid the directional confusion, I brought a small Post-It note with me. It helped some, but there were still moments of, “Am I going to right way?” All in all, though, the route running was much better than yesterday’s disaster. Additionally, I did a lot of stretching and massage work on my hip last night and there was a significant improvement in the lack of pain. I also made sure to eat an hour before the run and I didn’t get side stitches or cramps.
