Distance: 2.05 miles
Time: 16:38
Pace: 8:07 mile

Wanted to fit in a quick run before I got started for the day. Felt fine, though I had hope to run a faster pace, and I definitely closed the last half mile at full speed, which felt good. This week I plan to incorporate some speed work, either intervals or a night at the track, to help with that.

Tonight, I plan on doing some stationary bike at the gym for an easy cross-training workout.
