Training — I’m Back! October 22, 2009

Pace: 8:05 mile

I woke up feeling great and the pain in my left calf was gone. It was a bit sensitive to the touch, but I could jump, rotate, and otherwise do everything without pain or stiffness. That’s great news!

I hit the road to do a brief run, just to get back into the swing of things before tomorrow’s Nike Human Race and to make sure I could run without it flaring up. I was able to finish the run and haven’t had any returning issues. Been icing and massaging every few hours, which definitely helps.
